Andrea Filippi – Internet Sales Coordinator

November 21, 2008 | Posted by epainter

Andrea Filippi is one of our Internet Sales Coordinators here at Peruzzi Toyota.  She is our senior coordinator and has been with our Internet Department for a year and a half.  Andrea is well versed in helping our customers do their research to find the right vehicle for their families. She loves her 1996 Toyota Corolla and it’s still going strong with 161,000 miles on it!!!!

Peruzzi Toyota: What do you like best about working in our Internet Sales Department?

Andrea: I like the fact that I meet different people from all walks of life each day and I love to see people’s smiles when they leave in their new car.

PT: We talk a lot about customer service here at Peruzzi Toyota, what does the Internet Department do to ensure their customers receive first class customer service?

Andrea: We want our customers to feel welcome here and treat them like family. We make sure we provide our customers with all of the information they need right away.  Also we offer an online value package that can save our customers a lot of money over the lifetime of their vehicle.

PT: How do you help customers find the right vehicle for them?

Andrea: I try to gather information on what they are looking for and then suggest vehicles based on the price range or style they are looking for.

PT: Can you tell me about a time one of your customers told you they had a great experience here at Peruzzi Toyota?

Andrea: I had one customer that I spoke to weekly for about four months who really wasn’t sure what Toyota she wanted.  I emailed her a lot of information and vehicle comparisons to save her time because she had young children and a busy work schedule.  She told me that all of that information was very helpful because she would never have had the time to go out and spend hours shopping for a vehicle.  We were able to pretty much do the whole deal over the phone and she only had to come in to sign her paperwork and take delivery of her new Camry.

Diane Radick – Internet Sales Coordinator

November 19, 2008 | Posted by epainter

Diane RadickEvery few days we are going to spotlight an employee here at Peruzzi Toyota Scion so our customers can get to know our staff a little better.  If you have worked with or would like to work with the employee we highlight please leave a comment below.

We would like to take a moment to introduce one of our Internet Sales Coordinators at Peruzzi Toyota.  Diane Radick has been a coordinator in the Internet Sales Department for about a year now and I recently had an opportunity to sit down with her and ask her a few questions.

Peruzzi Toyota: What do you like best about working in our Internet Sales Department?

Diane: I like working with our customers and being able to help them find the best vehicle to suit their needs.

PT: Do you think it is easier for customers to purchase a vehicle with the help of the internet?

Diane: Yes definitely, customers have an easier way of finding out all the information they need and the Internet Department is ready to handle their requests.  The internet has made it much easier for customers to gather the important information they need to make a decision.

PT: What are the ways a customer can contact you to save them time in the purchasing process?

Diane: They can email or call, but we also have an instant messenger on our website that they can use anytime to contact us instantly.  We can also text vehicle listing directly to a customer’s cell phone.  We can pretty much facilitate the purchase process from A to Z and reduce the time a customer spends at the dealership.

Diane and her family live locally in the Hatfield area.  Her oldest son is a star baseball player for North Penn High School and is heading off to college next year.  Her younger son plays basketball and is very interested in japanimation and graphic arts.  Diane can be reached @ dradick@peruzzitsofhatfield.dealerspace.com
