But did you know the outside of your certified pre-owned cars is just as important? Following are some things on the outside that you should keep an eye on to keep your used vehicles in tip-top shape.

Check your doors. You really don’t notice problems with your door until it’s too late. However, you can avoid this by keeping the hinges and latches oiled every few months.

Check your lights. Have you ever been pulled over by a police officer for having a light out? I have. It’s not fun. Be sure to check your lights every so often to make sure they are working properly. You can even check your headlights in the reflection of a car in front of you. It doesn’t get much easier than that.

Check your tires. Your tires are one of the most important parts of your certified pre-owned cars. They can make or break your gas mileage and even cause accidents if they are not taken care of properly. Check the pressure every few weeks and rotate them every few months. You’ll be glad you did.
